Detailed scoring
Our verdict on MyFundedFutures
MyFundedFutures is the most serious alternative to TopStep for futures traders who do not want a subscription. You pay once, with no activation fee, and Rapid pays out every day at 90/10. Its 4.9 Trustpilot rating on about 22,500 reviews is the best in the industry. The trade-offs: the firm is young (2023), the Rapid drawdown switches to intraday once funded, and a public dispute over a $40,000 payout in 2026 is a reason to read the trading rules before you start.
Full review of MyFundedFutures
MyFundedFutures built its reputation on a simple idea: no subscription. Where TopStep and Take Profit Trader bill you every month until you pass, MyFundedFutures charges for the evaluation once, with no activation fee when you move to funded. The fee is non refundable, even after a first payout.
Which program should you pick?
All four programs share the same 6% target in a single phase. Rapid is for traders who want to get paid fast: payout requests every day from $500, 90/10 split, no daily loss limit. Rapid EOD follows the same logic with an end of day drawdown, funded accounts included, on 25K and 50K only. Pro suits patient traders: first payout 14 days after your first trade, $1,000 minimum, up to $100,000 per cycle, 80/20 split, with live trading considered after three consecutive payouts. Builder is the cheapest (from $105): payouts every 48h but capped at $1,000 to $3,500 per cycle, 80/20 split, live after five payouts, and only one Builder account per person.
Rules to watch
Max drawdown is 4% on smaller accounts and 3% on 100K and 150K. It is calculated at end of day during the evaluation, but on Rapid it becomes an intraday trailing drawdown once funded: the threshold follows your gains up to the starting balance plus $100, then it locks. A consistency rule applies during the evaluation: 50% on Rapid and Pro, 30% on Rapid EOD. Builder has a daily loss limit ($600 to $2,500 depending on size) that pauses the session without failing the account. An account with no trade for 7 days is closed. On the country side, mainland France is accepted, but not Corsica or French overseas territories, nor Morocco, Tunisia, Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire and Cameroon.
Reputation and payouts
With 4.9 on Trustpilot on about 22,500 reviews and only 2% one star reviews, MyFundedFutures has the best rating among futures prop firms. The picture is not perfect though: in April 2026, a trader alleged that a $40,000 payout was blocked for "hedging" without being shown any proof, and the split dropped to 80/20 on some programs in 2026. All accounts remain simulated until the firm invites you to live trading with Blue Row Capital.
MyFundedFutures, TopStep or Take Profit Trader?
On a 50K account, MyFundedFutures costs $209 once on Rapid, or $153 on Builder. At TopStep, the subscription is $49 per month, plus a $149 Express Funded activation fee. At Take Profit Trader, expect $170 per month, plus $130 for the PRO account, before any promo code. If you pass in the first month, TopStep and Rapid cost about the same. If the evaluation drags on, the one-time fee at MyFundedFutures becomes clearly cheaper. TopStep keeps the edge on track record (since 2012) and NFA membership.
MyFundedFutures FAQ
Overall, yes. MyFundedFutures rates 4.9 on Trustpilot on about 22,500 reviews, the best score among futures prop firms, with only 2% one star reviews. There is one public dispute: in April 2026, a trader alleged that a $40,000 payout was blocked for "hedging" without proof being shown. The firm is still young (2023).
You pay once, with no subscription and no activation fee. Builder starts at $105 (25K), Rapid at $145 (25K) and Pro at $265 (50K). The 150K account costs from $398 (Builder) to $557 (Pro). Fees are non refundable.
Rapid: daily payouts at 90/10, no daily loss limit, but intraday drawdown once funded. Rapid EOD: same idea with an end of day drawdown, funded accounts included (25K and 50K). Pro: first payout after 14 days, up to $100,000 per cycle, 80/20 split. Builder: the cheapest, payouts every 48h with caps, 80/20 split.
Not on Rapid, Rapid EOD or Pro: only the max drawdown counts. Builder has a daily limit of $600 to $2,500 depending on size, which stops your session for the day without failing the account.
Yes from mainland France. Corsica and French overseas territories are excluded, as are Morocco, Tunisia, Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire and Cameroon. Check your place of residence before buying.
TopStep runs on a subscription ($49 per month on 50K) with a $149 activation fee, and remains the reference for track record and regulation (NFA member). MyFundedFutures is paid once and pays out daily on Rapid. If you pass quickly, costs are similar. If the evaluation drags on, MyFundedFutures ends up cheaper.
