TradingNerve App Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use (end user license agreement, “EULA”) govern your use of TradingNerve App (“the app”), published by Sycadev, a French sole proprietorship (entreprise individuelle, micro-entreprise) represented by Julien Hodrea, registered under SIREN 911 961 068. By installing or using the app you accept these terms.

1. The service

TradingNerve App is a personal trading journal. It is not a brokerage, an investment advisor, or a signal service. It does not place orders, guarantee any outcome, or provide personalized financial advice. Trading decisions are yours alone; you are fully responsible for your trades and their consequences.

2. Account

To use cloud features you must create an account with a valid email address or a supported provider (Apple, Google). You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe.

3. Subscriptions (PRO)

  • PRO unlocks cloud sync, unlimited insights, full historical stats, watchlist, CSV/PDF export, streak history, and future PRO features as they ship.
  • Billed through your Apple ID or Google Play account, monthly or annually.
  • Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
  • Cancellation: manage or cancel at any time in your device's subscription settings (Apple: Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions / Google: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions).
  • Free trial: if offered, cancellation at least 24 hours before the trial ends prevents any charge.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app
  • Attempt to access other users' data or our infrastructure
  • Use the app for any illegal activity

5. Intellectual property

The app, brand, and content are owned by Sycadev. The journal content you create remains yours; we only process it to deliver the service.

6. Availability and changes

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update or retire features. Material changes to paid features will be notified in-app.

7. Liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Trading losses
  • Missed alerts or notifications
  • Data loss
  • Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damage

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed exclusively by French law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Tribunal judiciaire de Montpellier, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that grant you access to your local courts.
